This range of Rolls is designed for institutional caterers and/or bakers using trays or crates (Euro 600x400, Gastro 1/1, UK bakery 30 x18 inches). The inner shell can be bespoke or fitted with stainless steel removable racks to accept the standard trays/crates being used by caterers kitchens, laboratories and bakers. Refrigeration can be provided with eutectic, cryogenic or thermo-chemical systems. Olivo will analyse with you the cold needs required for your operating conditions.
